We are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered promptly and securely. However, delivery timelines may vary based on the destination and the courier service. As courier services operate under third-party contracts, the brand shall not be held liable for any delays, customs-related obligations, or damages incurred to the product during transit.
Customs & Duties
Please note that once the order has been shipped, Brand will not be responsible for any international tariffs, duties, or taxes, as these are beyond our control. All such charges, if applicable, will be the customer’s responsibility.

You can shop online by adding the products in your cart. Please recheck the item carefully before placing the order.
Courier charges
Local & International Delivery Charges:
Free shipping across Pakistan. For International Orders we charge $65 for 1 items, $25 for 2nd and more items
Delivery Time:
Bridal Orders/Sets: 40-45 working days
Bangles/Earrings/Rings etc: 35-40 working days
Payment
If you are located in Lahore, Karachi, or Islamabad, or you have any relative living there; they can make the payment at our store location and receive your order or else we will courier it to you.
Western Union money transfer services. You can submit the payment to a Western Union office in your city with our name and address. They will give you a reference number which you have to share with us via email for payment collection. Your order will be dispatched upon payment collection.
Bank payments can also be deposited in our bank account through online transfer service (USA and Pakistan), whichever is convenient for you.
